Springboard tweak

Any tweak that will return me to a certain page of the spring board everytime I return to the springboard? I am currently using Paralax for my spring board wallpaper, and I have 3 pages of apps. If possible, I'd like to automatically return to the 2nd page everytime I return to the springboard, whether it's after pressing the home key, after a respring or a reboot.

Any ideas? I have springtomize, don't think I can do it with that, but I could be wrong.
