WinterBoard Confusion

Howdy all!

I took the plunge and jailbroke my
iPhone 4S. Can someone PLEASE explain to me how to use WinterBoard for themes. I've tried to find directions online, but I'm striking out! I also feel really stupid for not being able to figure this out.

1. Install Winterboard
2. Install a theme via Cydia
3. Open WB>Select Themes, make sure the theme is checked. Move it to the top of the list in WB if necessary.
4. Respring

Bear in mind that not all themes work on ios 5.

Thanks man! I didn't realize you had to get themes. I thought they were already preloaded. I may check out a YouTube video if I'm still struggling with this tomorrow.
