I have mywi, infinyfolders, bitesms, sbsettings, change carrier

Its not hard at all

yeah it took a while

it depends on how much stuff you have on your iPhone at the time of the jailbreak... cuz it uses the restore process.

mine failed... restoring and attempting again - absinthe messed up the sync so i had to restore

Got it done successfully - check out the sticky how to at the top if you get database connection error after jailbreak when you click the absinthe icon - i have a workaround posted in that thread.

This was a nervewracking one to do since it needed to connect to greenpois0n.com to run it. Of course, the website was getting hit hard.

Took me 30 minutes to complete.

bitesms 6.1 is still buggy. When I had a 5.0 tethered jailbreak on my old iPhone 4, I would get springboard crashes when I would get too many text messages at once. It just crashed on me!
I was hoping that would be fixed by now.

Hooray, I can now disable 3G again. Sbsettings toggle works on the iPhone 4S. This is great!

Sorry guys Noob here.
Absinthe won't even recognise my 4s. it connects in iTunes but won't connect in Absinthe and the jailbreak button is greyed out.
Anyone help?

Downloaded absinthe however when I try and open it, I get a popup that states safari could not open it due to an invalid architecture.

Killed my friend on Verizon's iPhone. It won't kick it down to edge at all.
It just goes to "no service".
You have to turn 3G on sbsettings then turn cellular data off, wait for the bars to reappear and then turn it back on.

ATT is the only wireless network that has Edge.

Done. So happy! Thanks DEV TEAM! Super easy to do. I will say it too 2 attempts. The second time I turned on VPN right after the phone asked me to click on the Absinthe icon. That was the trick for me. Good luck to all.
