vz iphone wont fully jailbreak. boots back up unjailbroken

Hey gang, i recently picked up a newer iphone 4 for vz mine was about done with warrenty. My old one jailbroke witg redsnow easily but this one goes through the first stage up uploadeing ramdisk fine then sits on "waiting for reboot" and boots up normally with no cydia or jailbreak. I even re downloadee redsnow b4 and no changes. Any idea why this is happening? Same type of phone jailbrokee fine with the same os,same pc,etc....

have you restored the OS first? might help

A full restore was just done on Sunday.

New wires?? Maybe your USB chord is causing the issue...or a USB port...
you don't get any error messages???

yeah maybe try a different computer or make sure you right click and choose "run as administrator" when you run the program.
