Question I have an old Ipod touch 1g can I still jailbreak it?

I have had an iphone 4s since launch and just found my old Ipod touch, I would like to jailbreak my 4s but I am wondering if I can use the ipod as a practice device?

*edit* to clarify I have a first generation ipod touch 16gig

It can be jailbroken, but what iOS version do u have in it? That would dictate the jailbreak method.

The easiest way to jailbreak iOS 3 is by using Spirit.
Unfortunately iOS 3 and iOS 5 use quite different jailbreak tools, so don't expect to learn how to jailbreak iOS 5. On the bright side the web is full of how-to's and videos so you'll be okay

Edit: What you can do on your iPod is practice going into DFU mode.
