Nothing personal to the OP but I wouldn't trust my personal info to someone who's first and only post was an unknown proxy server.

Anyway, I found a website that gives detailed instructions on how to setup your own proxy server. It's idownloadblog. Is anyone familiar with them? Are they trustworthy? They also include a video too.

iDB is legit. As said above I would not trust my data (which includes email, etc) to an unknown proxy. That's just asking for trouble.
