[Q] update from 4.01 to 4.3.3 and keep unlock

iphone 4 is unlocked with gevey sim and on 4.0.1 baseband 1.59.00....is it possible to jailbreak and also update to 4.3.5 or 4.3.3. and keep unlock?

I guess a reason for my question might help. Im noticing a good amount of apps arent compatible with 4.0.1 anymore. Also i want to fix my mms issue and also get visual voicemail working (with a 3rd party app via cydia). Any help would be appreciated.
