Untethered Jailbreaking: "Carpe Diem" or "Caveat Emptor?"

With the new untethered jailbreak ready for mass consumption, I'm debating once again whether to jailbreak my iPhone 4. It seems quite easy to do (and to reverse if need be), but I'm one of those people who is extra-cautious when it comes to this stuff. That said, this new jailbreak seems pretty routine - at least from what I've read about it. For those of you with experience jailbreaking, what would be your argument to do it? For those who are anti-jailbreak, how come you've resisted the temptation to "free" your phone?

Always Caveat emptor... but... I'm now broken again, and downloading the paid-for apps MiWi, MyProfiles, and iBlacklist...

Edit: MyProfiles is discontinued above iOS4. Drat.

Always Sieze the day! It's safe, fun, & the best way to get everything you could want from your phone.

I always say try it & if you don't like it you can ALWAYS restore back to stock. I hesitated for a long time to JB but since I did I personally can't go back to stock.
