unlocking tmobile

so i have a friend and he switched his wifes phone iphone 3g to tmobile.
it has ios 4.3/ and baseband 04.10.1


is there anyway to unlock it to use on the tmobile with those specs?

its jailbroken untethered. with ultrasnow installed.

most of what i found you need to update to the ipad baseband but you need to get 4.3.1 and they don't sign that version anymore if im correct?

Try rebooting the phone. Reinstalling ultrasn0w also couldn't hurt.
