Want to verify no BB downgrade 4.11.08 to 4.10 Ever?
Just want to double check to see if there in NO WAY POSSIBLE to downgrade the BB from 4.11.08 to 4.10? I know that as of now it is not possible will it ever be? Or will Gevey or someone make it possible to unlock on the BB 4.11.08?

Doubled checked. There is no known way to downgrade the BB with current means at the moment.
Asking will it ever be able to is like asking modern day scientists whether we can live on the moon in 40 years. May be, but no guarantees.

You should have used sn0wbreeze to preserve bb and jb at the same time
