Please Help - White dot on touchscreen......

I have a jailbroken ip4 and have been running it jailbroken for a long time - I always update my cydia apps, and noticed yesterday that I now have a white dot every time I touch my touchscreen on my phone - I CAN'T get it to go away - I have tried uninstalling many of my cydia apps and reinstalling once I found this doesn't fix it - and I can't figure out what has caused this because it wasn't there two days ago. Any one else seen this? I can't figure it out and need some help getting it to go away. I looks like a calibration dot, but bigger. Please help.

Do you use Display Out? If so check your settings; I think a recent update changed some things.

That was it! You were correct! It was the display out update!

I found out that display recorder does it too
