Motherboard Repair

While changing a broken screen, I evidently broke a component on the motherboard of my almost brand new iphone 4. At the repair shop that I took it to, they said the component had lost a copper lead/contact off one end, so they could not solder it back to the board.

Can this be fixed, or this phone now a part-out? Does anyone know a place to either repair the motherboard, or to buy a used motherboard?
