IOS 4.2.9, 4.3.4 Jailbreak Waiting Room

Here it is. I am still on 4.2.8 jailbroke with Redsnow. Waiting to see when its ok to upgrade and jailbreak again.

Based on the release notes, this "upgrade" seems to be nothing more than PDF Patcher 2. I see no reason to upgrade.

I agree. I already installed the PDF patcher. Looks like it may be smooth sailing until IOS 5.

But remember, it's a tethered jailbreak, which means you need a Mac/PC if you want/need to reboot...

is it worth it to upgrade to 4.2.9 or just wait it out?

Not sure what the exact steps are to pull off this process so have been avoiding it since all of the updates have come out over the past few months.

I dont think anybody really cares about this OS. No new features. I dont think any of the true JB'ers will be sitting around waiting. They are fine where they are at.

Your going to be waiting A LONG TIME, if your waiting for a 4.3.4/4.2.9 JB.
There is no reason for them to make a JB for it... The next one they will work on is iOS5
