How to Un-Jailbreak my iPhone 4

I was wondering how to un-jailbreak my iPhone 4. Nothing's wrong with it, I just want to be able to update OS's without having to wait in the shadows LOL. However, the most important thing is that I don't lose my music. If I can save all my apps I downloaded with Apple, that'd be great. Please help!

Plug your iPhone into the computer and bring up iTunes. Do a back-up, and save it. When that's done, and it asks you if you want to "restore", click yes. When your phone is restored, everything should be saved, music, photos, apps from the App Store. You will lose any jailbroken apps and such, but should have a "virginal" phone again.
