I thought I saw an app in Cydia that accomplishes this, but cant for the life of me remember the name. There is always google though. Right?

Buy the paid version of the app? Those tend to have a lot less ads because they are paid, rather than ad-supported. #justsaying

I'd like this too. I previously had them blocked but an SBSettings update blocked iAd blockers by preventing you from configuring SBSettings until you removed the block(s).

SBSettings only removes the one specific ad URL from the hosts file that is blocked. If you have a custom hosts file installed, it will be 1 or 2 URLs less.

Allow SBSettings to "fix" itself, and it will still block all the rest.

UnZip, put the attachment in /private/etc - replace whatever is there (backup if you want, however I've been blocking ads since the JB for 433 was released, and not one crash)
