JB 3GS for daughter and she put some app or tweak that I can't fix

I just recently JB my daughters AT&T 3GS. She some how put an app or tweak that has a lady that talks for everything that the phone does!! I cannot scroll on pages I have to double click every thing for it to open. Her phone is all messed up. I checked for all installed and cannot find what it is if anyone could help shine light on what she has done so I can remove it to get back to working normal would be great!!!

Did she accidentally turn on Voice Over, possibly by triple tapping the home button? Go to settings > general > accessibility and make sure voice over (and any other items you see) is turned off and that "triple click home" is off. That might do the trick.
