Cydia paid apps

So I did a search, and some of the topics answered my questions somewhat, but here's what I wanna know;
1.if I sign in using gmail, does my paypal account have to use that same gmail account?
2.what's the difference if I sign in using Facebook? And if I buy an app, will it go in just the gmail account or also the Facebook one?
3.Are most of the apps a one time payment? Or are they monthly?

if you are using your paypal account then you sign into that like normal. you get redirected to paypal mobile and then back to Cydia after the payment process

signing into your gmail or facebook account is just part of the verification process for Cydia
