3G Unrestrictor work for 200mb data plan on pay as you go plans (fooling it)

Hey all. I was wondering if anyone would know if 3g unrestrictor would cut down on data usage if someone was on a at&t pay as you go plan with the 200mb max data at&t offers with there pay as you go plans. On the at&t pay as you go plan 200mb data is the only option but with how 3g Unrestrictor is. I was checking if lets say I had 3G Unrestrictor set on Safari and YouTube if it wouldn't take anything away from the data usage since 200 MB is limiting.

No. All Unrestrictor does is fool the app into thinking the phone is on wifi instead of 2G/3G. You are still using your data plan.
