Downgrading Question

I recently bought an iPad 2, which came with iOS 4.3.2. I was looking to downgrade to 4.3.1, but noticed that i must have saved SHSH blobs for it. Is it possible to download these somewhere or can i not downgrade since I never actually had 4.3.1

SHSH blobs are unique to the device and the firmware. Thus, you can't use someone else's blobs nor one from a different firmware. And, what blobs you can save has nothing to do with what the device is running, but only what Apple is singing / sending out. Currently, only 4.3.3.
