Lockinfo, Activator, & Passcode

I have searched online and have not come w a solution.

I have a Passcode set on my phone, but when I swipe to unlock, I don't get a Passcode screen and automatically goes to my homescreen. I have looked through all of my settings and everything seems to be correct. Is there a lockinfo or activator setting that I need to adjust? I am thinking its my lockinfo bc I noticed it after I installed the lockweather plugin

Is require passcode set to immediately?
