I've heard that Lockinfo is not yet compatible with 4.3.1. That could be your problem.

Lockinfo is compatible with iOS 4.3.1... David has worked hard to confirm this...

Check for any dim settings in switchermod and bite. I know with swtcherplus there were reports of conflicts with lockinfo, where the settings in one would override the other.

completely remove lockinfo, and anything affiliated with it.. reboot-reinstall

also, are you using a beta version?

Yes -- go to the packages section in Cydia and choose LockInfo and "remove"

by chance, you do not have your auto-lock set to "never" do you?

    Settings>General>Auto-Lock> [Never?]

well.. unless you want to completely redo "everything" (restore/re-jb) it looks like 10 seconds might be your only option.. which is not that bad, imo

just curious, why do you want it set at 1 second? seems like that would get very annoying
