HELP: 4.1 JB update to 4.2.1 ?

I've got a JB iPhone 4 @ 4.1 and I'm wanting to go to 4.2.1 ever since the DST change kicked in. Stupid bug...

Internet searches show me plenty of people going to 4.2.1 but that was when it was the latest from Apple.

I've tried several methods (each with a small variation) utilizing TinyUmbrella, SHIFT+Restore & select 4.2.1 IPSW (from Apple and one Custom). It always ends with an error message and stuck in Recovery mode from which TU won't kick it out of. Thankfully I'm able to Restore to 4.1 and my latest backup each time.

Also, SHSHs are saved with TU. It says it has them for 4.2.1 which I presumed would allow me to update but alas... no-go.

Suggestions or just wait for untethered 4.3?

Make sure that in TU you have it set to look for the saved SHSH, instead of pointing to Apple's servers.

TSS Server is started. Under the Advanced tab that box is checked (first 5 boxes all checked).

When I went from 4.0.1 to 4.1, I used this as a guide: http://forum.tipb.com/1634070-post2.html (I did both the SHSH saving and the restore just to be sure since Apple wasn't signing 4.1 at the time). If that doesn't work, maybe try another recovery tool like recboot or ireb? Wish I could be more help.
