Cydia- "Packages"

I'm having this strange issue where I can launch Cydia and use it as I normally would. Whenever I click on "Packages" to see installed apps it kicks me out of Cydia completely. I end up back at my springboard. Is there a reason for this and better yet a fix? Thank for your help in advance

That means Cydia is crashing. Open Cydia and download a package called crashreporter and that will log all crashes on your device and then you can open the app pull up the crash log and email it off to the developer of what app was that caused the crash
