HTC Weather Widget background change?

I'm new to jailbreaking and this is really confusing me. I have the HTC Weather Widget installed and I was able to go into ifile and change my zipcode so that all works fine. But you can also add your own background, you just have to change the lockbackground.png to use your background by over writing the file (which I can't figure out how to do)?

If anyone knows how to do this it would be greatly appreciated. Again I'm new to jailbreaking and haven't really played around with replacing files.

P.S. I already tried drafting and I couldn't find any posts on this topic.

Get iFile from Cydia... get the new image on your phone then, using iFile, navigate to where the background file needs to go and do the deed... it really is pretty simple stuff...

How exactly do I navigate the image to go to the theme's png file I don't see anywhere in ifile to change the directory

Ok, so I figured it out using winscp. I just deleted the LockBackground.png file and copied the picture to the themes folder and renamed the picture to LockBackground.png.

Just out of curiosity, how would I be able to do this using ifile.
