Where can I get the iPad baseband?

Can someone tell me where I can get the iPad baseband 6.15.00 to use my 3G 4.2.1 on T-Mobile?? I can't email or PM anyone because I haven't posted enough on this forum.

Just go to iClarified they have all the OEM firmwares. If you can't find it search for my name I've posted the link like a million times.
