Steps 1: Plug the iPhone with your computer.
Steps 2:Launch iPhoDroid Last DFU.
Steps 3: Tap ?Get in?to enter into DFU Mode.

How to exit from DFU mode using Last DFU?

Steps 1: Plug the iPhone with your computer (Skip if already connected).
Steps 2:Launch iPhoDroid Last DFU (Skip if tool is already launched).
Steps 3: Tap ?Get Out?to exit from DFU Mode.

Dont see why you cant just do DFU the normal way.

I don't see why this would even be relevant now those firmware versions are old and already have an untethered JB so why would you need to get into DFU mode anyway, unless you wanted to restore and at that point like jdavis said why not just do it manually it's not that hard.
