Jailbreak woes?

Ok have an i phone 4 jailbroken running 4.1, jailbroken with limera1n. Now i don't know what i did wrong today but now every app i open, immediately force closes, and everytime am plugging in my phone iTunes immediately give me an option to either restore as new or to restore from backup, but am scared of loosing my jailbreak. How do i resolve this please.

Have you tried rebooting? Have you tried downloading an app from appstore, and see if that works? Are you on Mac or Windows?

If you have your blobs with 4.1 saved on cydia you can restore to 4.1 by downloading the .ipsw firmware and using it instead of 4.2.1
