Help Please - Step by Step JB for 3G 4.2.1

I have jailbroken my iPhone 3G twice before - once using a method I don't recall and the last time with Spirit. Now I want to do it again but I am kind of stuck on how. What I need is step by step instructions. My iTunes is most recent version, my phone is running 4.2.1 and I have recently done a back up. What I need is everything else that comes after this point. Where to download the JB program, and what to do, step by step. After spending much time on the web I thought I had found sites to help me with this but many of them had broken links or kept taking me around in circles.

look at all the methods and pick the one you wanna use. It will have the links to all that you will need.

I checked out the iClassified site and they don't have a scenario for an iPhone 3G on Windows running 4.2.1. Thanks, though, for the suggestion.
