the typophone wallpaper can be altered by editing the default wallpaper or through the app store app, which syncs with the jailbreak app
regarding altering the text or colors of.. most of the time it requires editing the .plist of the appropiate app/tweak. i have learned a lot just from trial & error.. and google haha
regarding icons.. typically when i find some i like i make copies and add to a custom bundle to save for later
if you do not have iFile i would highly suggest getting it (paid version) most of my tweaking is done with iFile, right on the device! very useful tool
I've been playing with this one.
Current lock: modified Typophone 4 (shifted the padding, made the slider transparent, custom background). I tend to use simpler themes without weather, etc.
Current home: five icon dock and a Moleskine-style background.
Is this lockinfo 3.0 beta?
BLiNK I asked perhaps in the wrong thread LOL too many post your screen threads. I edited the LockWallpaper png and jpg for TypoPhone Weather but it's still showing with the black background. Which file did you alter to get yours to show? do I also have to edit the apple app background too?
yes it is. if you do not have it, i suggest getting it
How/where can you get the 3.0 beta? I just purchased it... have v2.3.12.3
ssh to Typophone Weather.theme>LockBackground.png
rename existing 1LockBackground.png.. name new image LockBackground.png
reset typophone weather theme in winterboard, then respring
let me know if this works
I tried that even renamed both the png and jpg images and it still comes up as a black screen. I'll have to try putting back the theme in tomorrow I made it part of my custom theme so maybe for some reason that screws things up. I'll post up what happens tomorrow when I give it a shot thanks for the help.
