Iphone backup

Hi Guys Ive got an iphone 4 thats been jailbroken with cydia, Im am a little nervous about backing up the phone on itunes, has anyone done this and will i lose any apps

You can back it up and not lose any apps. Backing it up won't backup the apps that you've loaded from Cydia though. They have software on there that will do that for you though. Aly wrote a article on it but I don't have the URL handy.
