I need quick answer

Trying to sell wifes 3GS on 4.1 can it be unlocked? Guy with T-Mobile wants. Everything I can find online says use ultrasnow but that didnt work. Baseband is 05.14.02

There is currently no way to unlock the most recent Baseband.

Maybe in the near future, but currently none of the old tricks work.
Not that you would want to use an iPhone 3GS on T-Mobile anyways as the frequency for 3G they use isn't supported for iPhone at all so you (or who ever your selling to) would be stuck on edge permenatly.
