Is anyone else having a problem with my3g after the 4.1 jailbreak?

I'm using 3G unrestrictor. Says it works with FaceTime so we shall see. It's late so I dont want to FaceTime someone right now haha.

oh yeah i am having trouble with it...it causes my iphone to be non responsive...i had to "update" the software twice to fix it...

so far 3G unrestrictor isn't working with FaceTime since I've updated to 4.1 jailbreak

3g unrestrictor isn't working either says I need to be connected to wifi still with FaceTime. Hmm I wonder why? Maybe the app needs to be updated? Idk

My3G has worked perfectly for me. I've downloaded Modern Combat, updated from the app store, downloaded a podcast (62 MB), and cached my Slacker stations over 3G. No issues here!

My3G and 3G Unrestrictor dont work for FaceTime at the moment.

I use My3G on 3G JB 4.1... Operating fine, NO issues

what problem do you have? 4.1 can be jailbroken but not properly on a 3G. It's best you downgrade to 3.1.x to do so.

Some symptoms of trying to JB 4.1 include losing phone app, mail etc (stock apps basically) and even not getting Cydia to work at all.

I'm talking about my3g but I found out it doesn't work properly under 4.1.

Here is an answer that worked for me on another forum:

Both my3g and 3g unrestrictor should work,

1. after install, set Facetime IsDirect flag to on (do this within My36 or 3G Unrestrictor settings),

2. go to sbsetting turn off and then back on my3g or 3g unrestrictor,

3. respring,

4. turn on wifi (but don't need to connect to any connection),

5. it should work

If you don't have sb settings, would a hard reset be ok after turning on direct flag??
