App like Notifier for iPhone 4?

Does Notifier work on iPhone 4 or is there another one that does? Or does anyone have a suggestion for an app that's better than Notifier?

Notifier works great; just be sure to install libstatusbar also.

Can you explain the settings: Repeat Mode, Work Interval, and Time Interval? (Well, I know what Time Interval is)

I just found a fix in Cydia for this. uninstall notifier and install status notifier fix and it will install everything to make the status icons work correctly, well with the exception of the silent icon. The author, I think, said the silent icon is broken and he doesn't know how to fix it.

Yes, it works right away. You have to go into the app and pick your settings for each type of notification......texts, missed calls, etc.

Preference Settings:
Use Statusbar icon: select ON
Repeat mode: select Always on
Work interval: pick what hours you want the notifications to occur i.e. 24 hours a day or just during certain hours.
Time Interval: You pick the repeat frequency i.e. every 3 mins, every 5 mins.

You can also tap the wrench icon for other settings.

So is Repeat Mode basically how many times you want it to repeat the alert? The valid values are 0 - 45 and infinity = Always On.
