please help with my iphone

HI sinfuliphone users ,

please can anyone help me with my iphone . i think the software has broken because when i put it to recharge it didn't do anything put when i make restart the battery give me 100% .. second , when i plug it on my usb on windows an error massage tell me that USB device not recognize.. anyway my iphone is 2g jailbreak . please help

so what you guys think .. is it software or what ?
