Problem with making HD Icons for Apps from AppStore [Updated Solution]
Already know that the new retina display icons are 114px x 114px, so I made a quick easy border template and used high quality web pictures to represent the icons I want. Now when replacing the original iPhone apps were easy and came out exactly how I wanted, but when I tried replacing AppStore Apps, they came out fine but they kept the round edges and the few kept the half shine ring. I know I replaced the correct .png file which is for the icon of the app but can't get them to be all squared like the other apps I did. Any idea?
Apps that came out perfect.
