Can I share my MyWi App?

I was thinking about buying the MyWi app for my phone, but my wife is really in need of having it on her phone for her iPad. Is there a way to share this app among phones? Kinda like what I do with my Apple Approved apps?

I don't think so. You could try signing in with the same RockID, but I don't think that will work.
