How do I install aternate Terminal for iOS4 Comex Jailbreak?

Thanks, but EVERY TIME I RUN TERMINAL IS CRASHES IMMEDIATELY? I'm sure I'm not the only one having this problem.

You're not...I had the same thing happen to me...apparently, it's not fully ready for iOS4 yet. Just use a remote terminal from your computer, like PuTTY, to log into the phone. It works great.
