Restore toys from Cydia

First off let me say thank you Comex for getting this out, you are the man

Now on to the question, I know I can restore all my tools, toys, and purchased items back from Rock but due to the new release I am sure their servers are overwhelmed and cant download their app from Cydia. Is there a way I can do this from Cydia? I have searched but can not locate how. Do I have male pantry blindness as my wife calls it. and can not find.
