I have just bought a 64GB iTough (3rd Generation) today.

The iTouch is upgraded to OS 4.0 (8A293).

I do NOT have a backup of the SHSH Blobs.


I am correct in thinking it is currently impossible for me to jailbreak my device?

There is a jailbreak that is close to release. It should work on all devices on OS4.
