3gs running super slow

Ok I installed cycontact and iconancylism I normally am against running themes and tweaks for this reason.i have uninstalled them now. But still running slow on opening and closing apps so.... Any ideas? I mean it's almost like I'm running a 2g iPhone it's terrible!!! The horror!! Thanks in advance

Do you have sbsettings on your phone?? Maybe there are a few apps hanging onto ur memory. Freeing ur memory should help speed ur phone up.

That sucks. I grabbed a theme off of rock when I was running 3.1.2. Did the same thing, ran real slow, it was unusable. I had to do a restore, which took me to 3.1.3. Luckily, spirit was out, so I could re-jailbreak. After that, no more themes for me. I'll just stick to wallpapers.

I appreciate the help guys. it seems like an entry level fix but I reset all settings and it fixed the problem. Go figure but to people who are experiencing problems should try that if all else fails.worked great for me
