Can I jailbreak my iPhone 3gs with a 4.0 (8A293)

Hi all
wondering if there is a way I can Jailbreak my iPhone 3gs.
I have previously jailbroke it with blackra1n when it was still a 3.1.2
but then when i click on the rock app that comes with blackra1n's jailbreak,
my iPhone crashed and I only have youtube, maps, and some other small icons on my iPhone.

So i called Apple and had one of their "experts" to help me fix my phone.
I regret doing that... I got my iPhone updated to a 4.0 system
more like "forced to" in order to save my phone.

Anyways, my iphone has a 4.0 system installed on 7/6/10
and it has a 05.13.04 bandwidth. New bootrom.

wondering if there is anyway I can jailbreak my iPhone...
I tried to down grade it but error code 3194 always pops up.
