I have jailbroken my Iphone with rock but it is not Unlocked!

i have the iphone 3g. 3.1.2. i have the rock app on my iphone which means it jailbroken. but now that i'm in another country, my iphone is not letting other sim cards work because it is not unlocked. i found and downloaded blackrain to see if it will unlock it but when i run the program and it completes. still no icon shows up on my springboard. i'm getting confused as to what to do next. Help!!

Gotta love youtube.. i've fixed it!

So i go on youtube and some guy had the same problem as me... i watched the video and now it is fixed!

You need to install blacksn0w from Cydia or Rock. That will unlock you.
