Problem with cydia upgrades

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with Cydia.
It says I have 10 updates to install. 1 of which is the iphone firmware update, which I'm hesitant on doing as don't want to risk losing my JB


My questions is, is it safe to update the firmware through cydia or will I have to re-JB?

Maybe you want to take a picture of what you're seeing, but AFAIK you cannot update the firmware through Cydia.
