Can you replace the DMTF tones in /System/Audio/UISounds/?
I would like to make my own tones for the buttons.

You probably could do that, but it would cause problems if you ever try to use a system (like your bank, or pharmacy, or whatever) that requires you to "press one for this, press two for that, etc". Those systems rely on the standard pushbutton tones.
