Hey all,
I just had a quick question. I've gotten quite fed up in recent weeks with AT&T, and I've decided that I'd rather not continue my service with them. However, I also don't want to lose the functionality on my iPhone.
The Apple support site says that I should just remove the Sim card, but my question is this: will this cause problems when I try to update my phone in the future to 4.0? Or beyond?
I just want the most painless transition to a non-AT&T data plan capable iPhone.
Would "unlocking" be appropriate in this situation?
Thanks in advance for your advice!!!
