So here's a new wrinkle: now whenever I restart my iphone (3GS, jailbroken via blackrain) the "photos" app disappears. It also happens when I do something in Cydia, such as update apps or other stuff that requires restarting the springboard, etc.
The only way to get the Photos app back is to go into SBSettings, access the hidden apps and choose to hide "photos" (because it's still listed as not hidden even though it clearly is). Then I have to go BACK in and choose to unhide photos and then the app comes back. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but it's a bit of a pain in the butt. It'd be nice if that app didn't disappear so often.
Does anyone out there have any idea why this may be happening? I never had an issue like this, but suddenly the "photos" app is going away all the time and I'd love to find a way to make it stick around.
Thanks for any info anyone may have!
