I'm trying to unlock my friends iphone 3g his baseband is 5.12 and im trying to get it to 5.11 only problem is his bootloader is 6.4 and i need to get it to 5.8....because currently the area to enter your apn is not showing in his phone......is there a way to do this? hes currently running 3.12 firmware....
i read simone blog that shows how to enable edge and apn editing if your phone is already unlocked and jailbroken....is that still the case? or can i use cyberduck to senable the edge apn editing sameway on this phone?
