iphone 3g and blackra1n problem

So i have an iphone 3g that is restored to 3.1.2 firmware and i run blackra1n. It processes it, runs the program, and the guys face pops up and says its "done, wait for reboot." well it gets stuck on that screen. what do i do in order for the iphone to not get stuck on that screen?

What do you mean, "restored"?did you upgrade to 3.1.3 and then downgrade to 3.1.2?

Do you need your 3G to be unlocked or just jailbroken?
