.WIN file to IPSW

Everytime i download 3.1.2 it wont let me open it with red snow all i wanna do is jailbreak my iphone 3.1.3.

I download straight from apple and the file i can never ever get redsn0w to find it.

can someone give me a link to a better website with a 3.1.2 download?

Go to Settings-> Folder Options in a random folder on your computer. Choose to show hidden and known filetypes. Then apply for all folders. You should now be able to rename the .zip to .ipsw.
