Tether

So when playing with my JB iPhone I locked it up and had to restore. Before I locked it up I had MiWi installed. After the restore tethering is still under options on a non jailbroken phone. Anyone else see this happen? With this and Sling working on 3G dont know id if theres a reason to JB

Update: turned off the phone for the night. When I turned it back on tethering option was gone. Well it was nice when it lasted.
